A little intro:
At the Rubin Museum of Art, I wear many hats (sometimes all at
once) as the Assistant Manager of Editorial and Digital Content. From
podcasts to audio tours, long-form videos to social cuts, print magazines to
digital interactives, I lead the production of projects that transform how
audiences engage—both online and in person. I have five years of experience
in creative project management, marketing, and web design, primarily in the arts and
culture sector. I’m drawn to organizations that shake things up—ones that spark
curiosity, bring people together, and create experiences that stick with you
long after you leave.
Digital Project Management
My priorities lie at the intersection of big-picture strategy and attention
to detail. I create detailed workflows and timelines, manage budgets, and
keep communication flowing so that every moving piece stays in sync. Whether
coordinating with stakeholders like curators or contractors, crafting
compelling creative briefs, navigating roadblocks, or workshopping initiatives
to strengthen the Rubin’s digital presence, I approach every phase of
production with proactivity and a solutions-oriented mindset.
Technical Proficiency & Adaptability
I am fluent in Asana, GSuite, Microsoft 365/Office, Box,
AirTable, Slack, Figma, Adobe Xd, and WordPress. I utilize SEO best
practices and make decisions based on data collected via Google Analytics,
Google Search Console, A/B testing, user surveys, and MailChimp. I am very
comfortable in the digital world, and I enjoy learning new tools—most of the
above were self-taught. My background as a UX/UI design mentor and ACT tutor has
equipped me to effectively train and onboard colleagues in the use of these
tools, as well.
Collaboration and Communication
I
excel at fostering strong, collaborative relationships with a wide range of
stakeholders, including scholars, designers, writers, and community members. My
role requires me to act as a bridge between departments, ensuring that
everyone is aligned and working towards common goals. I am skilled at
organizing and leading meetings, facilitating open and productive discussions,
and ensuring that all voices are heard and respected, resulting in projects that
are not only informative and engaging but reflective of the collaborative
effort behind them.
